Meet SBY, Prabowo-Sandi Discusses the Terror of KPK Members

Poros Pos. The two-hour meeting between the presidential and vice presidential candidate number 02, Prabowo-Sandi and Democratic Party Chairperson Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (SBY) included talking about terror to two KPK leaders, explained by the Director of the National Winning Body (BPN) Material and Debate Sandi, Sudirman Said, all three exchanged ideas about the condition of the KPK which continued to be weakened.

"Actually, the state must intervene, because they (KPK) are officers who are protected by their safety. "Then terrorism will not give comfort to the fighters who are tackling corruption," said Sudirman at SBY's residence in Kuningan, South Jakarta, Thursday (10/1).

According to the results of the discussion, Sudirman said, yesterday's terror incident experienced by KPK members was the result of the inability of law enforcers to resolve the previous case, which was a violent water attack against KPK senior investigators Novel Baswedan.

"So why is there terror again? Because the previous terror was not revealed so that the people felt safe just doing terror to KPK friends, "Sudirman added.

Seba explained that Sudirman explained through this closed discussion that the three of them agreed to further strengthen the position and level of security of these institutions through the vision presented on the theme of the first debate which will take place on January 17, 2019.

"So in our program, we convey how the Corruption Eradication Commission is strengthened, how should politics be minimized from corrupt practices, but not yet to revise the KPK Law because we see it dilemmatic, once opened it will weaken the KPK, so we will guard," he said.

At the inaugural debate on January 17, Prabowo-Sandi already had sufficient material.
